What it does
- AI upscalingReal-ESRGAN takes 540p, 720p or 1080p clips up to 1440p or 4K with sharper detail than a plain resize.
- Frame generationRIFE adds in-between frames to take 24 or 30 fps footage to 60 fps.
- TikTok-ready exportHigh-bitrate HEVC with AAC audio in an MP4 you can upload to TikTok as it is.
- History and updatesEvery job is kept with its settings. New versions install themselves when you restart.
Requirements
- SystemWindows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- Graphics cardAMD or NVIDIA with Vulkan support (most cards made since 2013). Without one, only the non-AI options work.
- Disk spaceAbout 900 MB for the app, plus room for your videos. A 4K export needs several GB of temporary space while it runs.
Installing
The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" the first time you run it.
- Click More info.
- Click Run anyway.
- Follow the installer. Clip Enhancer opens from the Start menu afterwards.
